The worst kind of nosy parker that a neighbourhood could ever have. Lumone is a retired elderly man , irascible and hard of hearing, who embodies the most absolute indifference towards privacy.
He claims himself fond of astronomy,and therefore has furnished his house with the most powerful telescopes esexisiting on the market. In truth everybody knows that his favourite passion isn't that of looking at the stars, but rather that of peeping into the neighbours' houses, Spaghetti Family ahead of all.
