What happens when a lady goes downtown to do her shopping and leaves the store forgetting her tiny dog behind? In this story the strangest and most unexpected things happen when a good-hearted surveyor tries to bring the poor beast back to its owner and is mistaken for a robber by a somewhat too zealous police constable.
From this moment on, the dog owner, the surveyor, the police constable and even the dog, run after, run into, find and miss each other in different places and in situations that are more and more amusing and paradoxical, without succeeding, needless to say, in settling their small personal problems.
In the end the lady will find her dog and the surveyor will find love.Only the constable will look sheepish when he loses... his pants !
